This policy explains how SanniTravel handles information when you use the planning tools on this site. It reflects how the product actually works today, and it will be updated when that changes.
Needs your input: Add your legal entity name, registered company address and, if applicable, the data controller and any appointed representative. This policy has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
The planner, budget calculator, currency converter and visa checker all run in your browser. The destination, dates, traveller counts, nationality and budget figures you enter are used to render results and are stored only in your own browser via local storage.
If you email us, or send an enquiry about a concierge service, that message and your email address reach us like any other email.
Standard server logs may record the request information any web server receives, such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and reliability purposes.

Information you enter is used solely to produce the result you asked for — a budget, a roadmap, a currency conversion or a saved trip. It is not profiled, sold or shared.
Email correspondence is used to answer you and, where relevant, to deliver a service you requested.
Destination pages link to official government portals. Following those links takes you to sites with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

No payments are taken on this website. Concierge services are arranged by email, and government fees are always paid directly to the issuing authority on its own portal.

Because your planning data lives in your browser, you control its lifetime. It stays until you delete individual items or clear site data for this domain.
Email correspondence is retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to answer and support you.
The site is served over HTTPS. The strongest protection here is structural: we do not operate a database of your travel plans, so there is no central store of them to compromise.
You can view, edit and permanently delete everything the product stores about you directly in your dashboard, without asking us. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of it at once.
